After confirming your VAT filing submission and completing payment for your liabilities, the final step is to upload your proof of payment to complete the process. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth upload.
🧭 Step 1: Confirm Your VAT Filing Submission
Before uploading your proof of payment, make sure your VAT filing submission has been successfully confirmed.
📂 Step 2: Access the Filing Summary
Navigate to the Filing Summary screen for the relevant country and period.
🔘 Step 3: Click the ‘Proof of Payment’ Button
On the right-hand side of the Filing Summary page, locate and click the ‘Proof of Payment’ button in the summary box.
👁️ Step 4: Upload Your Proof of Payment
A pop-up window will appear where you can upload your document (e.g., bank transfer receipt or payment confirmation).
You can drag and drop your file or use the upload button.
Once uploaded, click ‘Submit Document’ to complete the process.
📂Step 5: Documents tab method
You can also upload and manage your proof of payment via the Documents tab in the client portal:
- Go to the Documents tab and select VAT Compliance.
- Toggle to Proof of Payments to view all uploaded documents.
- To upload a new document, click the ‘+ Upload Proof of Payment’ button in the top right corner.
- You can also download previously uploaded proofs from this screen.
