The AVASK Help Centre is your go-to platform for managing support requests and finding helpful resources. Follow these simple steps to log in and view your open or solved tickets.
Step 1: Access the Help Centre
- Open your browser and go to AVASK Help Centre.
Step 2: Log In or Create an Account
- In the top right corner, click on “Sign In”.
- If you already have an account, enter your login credentials.
- New here? Click “Sign Up” to create an account.
Important: The Help Centre uses a different system from the Client Portal, so your Client Portal credentials won’t work here.
Step 3: Reset Your Password (If Needed)
- Can’t log in? Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
- Follow the instructions to reset your password and gain access.
Step 4: View Your Tickets
- Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right.
- Select “My Activities” from the dropdown menu.
- Here, you’ll see a list of your open, pending, and solved tickets.
- Click on any ticket to view its status and any updates from the support team.
