The AVASK Help Centre is your go-to platform for managing support requests and finding helpful resources. Follow these simple steps to log in and view your open or solved tickets.
Step 1: Access the Help Centre
- Open your browser and go to AVASK Help Centre.
Step 2: Create an Account or Log in with SSO
- In the top right corner, click on “Sign In”.
- If you already have an account, enter your login credentials.
- New here? Click “Sign Up” to create an account.
Important: If you already have Client Porta credentials use our SSO option!
Step 3: View Your requests
- Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right.
- Select “My requests” from the dropdown menu.
- Here, you’ll see a list of your open, pending, and solved tickets.
- Click on any ticket to view its status and any updates from the support team.
