To help you track the progress of your support request, AVASK uses the following ticket statuses in Zendesk:

- Your request has been received and is currently being worked on by our support team.

Pending
- We’re waiting on additional information from you. Please check for any follow-up questions so we can continue resolving your issue.

Solved
- Your issue has been resolved. The ticket will stay in this status for a short time, allowing you to reopen it if needed.

Closed
- The ticket is fully closed and cannot be reopened. If you need further help, you’ll need to submit a new support request.
