If you need assistance, you can easily reach out to the AVASK team by submitting a support ticket through either our Help Centre or the Client Portal. Follow the steps below to ensure your query is handled quickly and efficiently.
Option 1: Submit a Ticket via the Help Centre
Access the Help Centre
Visit the AVASK Help Centre to get started.
Log In or Create an Account
Click Log In at the top right corner.
If you're new, create an account or reset your password.
Note: The Help Centre uses different login credentials from the Client Portal.
Submit a Request
Once logged in, click Submit a Request (top right).
Complete the Ticket Form
Choose the most relevant category for your query.
Provide as much detail as possible, including any relevant attachments or screenshots.
Submit Your Request
Click Submit.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number for tracking.
Option 2: Submit a Ticket via the Client Portal Widget
Log into the AVASK Client Portal
Open the Support Widget
Click the widget icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Ask Your Question
Type your question into the widget.
If our AI Agent can’t resolve your issue, you’ll be guided to submit a ticket via the Help Centre.
