Documents needed to start
- Valid Passport.
- Director’s proof of address X2 : these can be electricity/water/phone bills or bank statements.
- Certificate of incorporation.
- Recent commercial extract – needs to be dated within the last 3 months and clearly show Company name / director/authorised signatory name / company address.

VAT (EU Based): 6 weeks
VAT (ROW): 6 Weeks
Takeover: 2-3 Weeks
OSS (Only if incorporated in SE) : 3 weeks
Documents requested by the Tax Office
- Estimated turnover for current year.
- Confirmation of year end closing date for country of incorporation.
- Link to you amazon.se platform or Swedish URL if applicable.
- If selling on Amazon, we require a Seller Certificate that can be obtained from Amazon Seller Support – example will be provided by your administrator.
- There is one Power of Attorney document that will require signing by the director ( if you are based outside of the EU, there will be an additional Power of Attorney to be signed also)
