The error message you received (please see the screenshot below) when clicking on the "Pay Now" button may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Browsing Restrictions: Please check your browser settings to ensure there are no restrictions preventing the action.
- Invoice Already Paid: The invoice may have already been paid by direct debit, in which case no further action is required from your side.
If neither of these scenarios applies - meaning your browsing settings are correct and the invoice has not been paid - please let us know, and we will investigate further.
