We’d like to share an important update about how VAT and tax-related payments will be handled going forward with AVASK.
This change is designed to make things safer and simpler for you, while ensuring your business stays fully compliant with EU tax regulations.
In some countries, such as France, Italy, Spain, and Germany (for EPR purposes) - AVASK may act as your intermediary or Fiscal Representative.
Under these arrangements, joint and several liability rules apply, meaning that if a payment is missed or incorrectly allocated, AVASK could be held responsible for the unpaid tax.
To keep everything running smoothly and protect both your business and ours, accurate payment traceability is now a regulatory and operational requirement.

This new structure will:
