A company is considered to have establishment in the UK if they have a return address, warehouse or other UK address.
- Packaging : UK Companies have a threshold of 25 tonnes of packaging and at least £1 million in revenue
- EEE: producers are classified as either small producers (<5 tonnes) or large producers (≥5 tonnes) there is no threshold for registration.
