Key Facts:
Previously there was a threshold for the Packaging category of an annual turnover of €1million and 10 tonnes of packaging material. These thresholds have since been removed and registration is required when any product is sold into the Irish market.
The EEE must be in place also to register for the batteries category, unless the only product sold is individual batteries.
