Key Facts:
There is another category which is Packaging. This is only required when companies have an annual turnover over €1million and they go over the 10 tonne threshold of packaging material. Both thresholds must be breached in order to have a legal requirement to register for Packaging in Ireland.
The EEE must be in place also to register for the batteries category, unless the only product sold is individual batteries.
