To onboard to the Amazon programme, you must complete the Amazon Programme Onboarding Form here: https://avaskgroup.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8jjy8mAE6cc9pCS
Within approximately 24 hours, AVASK will send you a comprehensive onboarding form by email requesting additional information.
The first time opening this form, you will be requested to set a 4 digit PIN code. All questions on this form must be completed. If you are unsure how to answer a question, please add a comment on the form so AVASK can assist.
Once the form has been completed and submitted, AVASK will review the information provided. If clarification is required, this will be noted on the form and you will be notified by email.
Following approval, AVASK will confirm the next steps. This will either be to provide further information (such as missing VAT or EORI numbers), or to sign and return the Power of Attorney (POA) documentation sent by email. Onboarding cannot progress until all mandatory information is provided.
Once the POA has been signed, you must link your Amazon Seller Central account to the AVASK portal. AVASK will then notify Amazon that you are onboarded, allowing you to create shipments in Seller Central.
