Booking invoices can be downloaded from the AVASK portal via the ‘My Bookings’ page at the time of booking.
After customs clearance, you will receive an invoice for any applicable import duties and VAT, along with the corresponding customs documentation. These are typically issued within approximately seven days of clearance.
If documents have not been received, please confirm the shipment has been delivered and check your email (including junk folders). If still unavailable, submit a support ticket via the AVASK Helpdesk.
An annual customs representation invoice of 200 EUR will be issued separately and sent by email.
